Hello and thanks for stopping by.  Let me introduce myself, I am Toni, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol, and Board Certified Art therapist with over 12 years of experience treating children, teens and adults.  

 

My specialties are trauma and addiction. I enjoy working with children of all ages, helping them work through issues such as anxiety, behavior issues and dealing with life transitions. Play is the language of children so play therapy is often used. In addition to pursuing my play therapy certification, I am trained in Cognitive Behavior therapy, Instinctual Trauma Response, Mindfulness, DBT and eating disorders.

I have extensive experience working with families in community providing guidance and coaching to form lasting bonds with their children.  I work with families to form closer relationships and resolve conflicts. I tailor sessions to the needs of the individual to increase self-esteem, uncovering what is interfering with everyday functioning by providing a safe therapeutic environment.
